We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Estate Technicians to join our team, supporting essential maintenance services across the ST4 region. The role is ideal if you're experienced in estate management, grounds maintenance, or property clearance, looking for a long run of stable and rewarding work within the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Your day-to-day would involve prepping void properties for new tenancy which may involve bulk waste removals and intense cleaning as part of a team.
  • The work would involve heavy lifting and a hard-working attitude with an attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in grounds maintenance, property clearance, or cleaning
  • Comfortable with manual labour and working outdoors in all conditions
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Reliable, positive, and willing to go the extra mile

Pay & Benefits

  • £16.78 P/H (Umbrella or CIS)
  • Full-time hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
