Estate Technician Wanted – Liverpool
14.10 per hour Full-Time 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Driver\’s Licence Require
We\’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team in delivering essential estate maintenance services across the Liverpool, supporting Sanctuary Housing properties.
Duties Include:

Working within a busy team to assist with void property clearances and bin room cleanups

Fly-tipping removal across estates in the region
-
Grounds maintenance: grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general estate upkeep

Cleaning and preparation of vacant (void) properties
-
Assisting with minor external repairs – experience in flagging or fencing is a bonus
Ideal Candidate:

Experience in grounds maintenance, property clearance, or cleaning

Comfortable with manual work and outdoor conditions

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Full UK driver\’s licence is essential
