Estate Technician Wanted - Kirkby Liverpool - Temporary (2 Months) 16.78 per hour, Umbrella | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM | Driver's Licence Required
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team in delivering essential estate maintenance services across the Kirkby and wider region, supporting Social Housing properties.
Duties Include:
- Working within a busy team to assist with void property clearances and bin room clean-ups
- Fly-tipping removal across estates in the region
- Grounds maintenance: grass cutting, hedge trimming, and general estate upkeep
- Cleaning and preparation of vacant (void) properties
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in grounds maintenance, property clearance, or cleaning
- Comfortable with manual work and outdoor conditions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driver's licence is essential
Pay: 16.78 per hour umbrella
Full-time hours: 07:30 AM - 16:00 PM
