Experienced Estates Caretaker required to work with leading housing association’s maintenance divison in Hackney on a temporary basis. My client one of the UK’s largest and prestigious housing associations maintenance divison is looking to recruit an experienced, professional and skilled Caretaker to join their growing and ambitious team. Work will include cleaning, reactive repairs and maintenance duties ie. touch ups, lightbulbs, grounds maintenance and more. Their team is friendly, focused and passionate about getting the work completed right the first time! Pay rate: £13.50 per hour Hours: 8.00am – 16.30pm – 40 hours per week Start Date: ASAP start Duration: 3 months but may be extended Requirements: Previous experience in estates caretaking is essential.
