Domestic Electrician required to work in Birmingham and the surrounding area with a leading nationwide maintenance and repairs contractor on their social housing contracts.

Pay: Paid per test – £70.

Role: EICR.

My client, a leading nationwide electrical contractor, is currently seeking a number of electrical testers to join their social housing reactive maintenance contracts. Working within properties across the Birmingham area. These positions are self-employed, and you will need your own van, fuel, and tools. Materials are supplied by the client.

Typical workload: 3/4 EICRs per day.

Duties:

  • EICR's
  • Remedials
  • Smokes
  • Domestic first-time fixes

Requirements (ALL ESSENTIAL):

  • 18th edition 2391 (or equivalent)
  • Level 3 electrical installation
  • Social housing experience
  • UK driving licence
