Location: Kings Lynn / Dereham (travel across Norfolk & North Suffolk)
Salary: £37,534 per annum, rising to £43,530 with progression

About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Electrician to join a reputable housing association, delivering essential electrical works across social housing properties. This role is a great foot in the door for anyone looking to build a long-term career in social housing, offering stability, progression, and strong support.
Duties include:
- Electrical repairs and fault finding in occupied and vacant homes
- Domestic electrical inspections and testing (EICRs)
- Void property electrical works
- Reactive maintenance within social housing
- Delivering a professional, tenant-focused service
What We're Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Inspection & Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in domestic or property maintenance work (DBS check and participation in an on-call rota required)
