Electrician - Durham

Exciting opportunity for an Electrician to join a reputable leading housing association!\\n\\nI am looking for an electrician to work with an established social housing provider in the Durham area. This is an ongoing temporary contract with the potential of a permanent contract after 12 weeks.\\n\\nThe successful candidate will carry out electrical repairs, installation, testing and inspection within housing and be responsible for fault finding. You will also have an excellent knowledge to ensure electrical faults are diagnosed and repaired effectively.\\n\\nYou will receive:\\n\\n£19.62 PAYE\\n3 months minimum of work – potentially temporary to permanent.The successful candidate will be expected to complete:\\n\\nPlanned maintenance on domestic properties\\n8:00AM – 4:00PM, Monday to Friday – 37 hours per week.Requirements:\\n\\nNVQ level 3 in electrical installation.\\n18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations.\\n2391 Inspecting and Testing.\\nAM2 or equivalent.\\nPrevious social housing/council house maintenance experience.\\nFull UK driving license.\\nAbility to pass a basic DBS.\\nIf you are looking to take the leap into a new and exciting role, get in touch with Jack on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
