Vacancy: Electrician
Location: Gloucester
Professional Electrician required to work with a leading Midlands based Housing Association covering Gloucester and surrounding areas. The client is a prestigious and reputable housing association seeking an experienced and professional Electrician to join their maintenance team on a permanent contract.
Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day electrical repairs and domestic property electrical maintenance.
- Fault finding, testing, inspection and EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports).
- Work across the Gloucester and Worcester area.
- Operate with company van, tools and kit provided.
Candidate Profile
- Ideally experience in domestic property electrical maintenance or previous work in a social housing environment.
What’s on offer
- Salary: £38,956 per annum with additional call-out rates and overtime.
- 28 days holidays plus bank holidays.
