We are working with one of the UK's leading pub fit out contractors, known for delivering high-quality hospitality projects across the country. With a strong pipeline of work and an excellent reputation in the market, they are looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager to join the team. The Role:

  • Managing pub fit out projects from pre-construction through to handover
  • Overseeing programme delivery, budgets, and site performance
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
  • Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Managing health & safety and ensuring compliance across all sites
  • Regular travel to sites nationwide, with hybrid working flexibility when not on site

Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering pub fit out or hospitality refurbishment projects
  • Strong knowledge of fast-track fit out environments
  • Excellent commercial awareness and programme management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
