The Role
Think Property Services are recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Electrician to join a busy property maintenance and construction team, working across Ashington and Spennymoor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join a well-established housing maintenance environment, carrying out high-quality electrical repairs and associated multi-skilled works across domestic and commercial properties.
As a Multi Skilled Electrician, you will be responsible for undertaking damp associated electrical repairs, general electrical maintenance, testing, inspection and accompanying multi-skilled repairs. You will be expected to deliver work to a high standard while providing an excellent customer-focused service to tenants and residents.
Duties Will Include:
- Carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance in domestic and commercial properties
- Undertaking damp associated electrical works
- Completing testing, inspection and fault finding
- Delivering associated multi-skilled repairs where required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high-quality standard
