I am looking for a Painter to work on behalf of a local North Shields based council. The successful candidate will carry out painting for the damp and mould team in council properties to a high standard. Work will include damp and mould washes, full wall repaints as well as touch up painting.
The Painter will receive: £18 P/H Umbrella Guaranteed long-term work Van provided.
The successful candidate will be expected to complete:
- Painting in council properties to a high standard
- 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week
We are really keen in speaking to anyone who has:
- City and Guilds or NVQ in painting and decorating
- Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- CSCS card
- Asbestos Awareness
