Job Description
Damp & Mould Surveyor required to work with leading Midlands based Housing Association on a permanent contract.
My client requires an experienced and professional Damp & Mould Surveyor to join their specialist repairs team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has a strong understanding of building and property maintenance.
You will support the effective delivery of contracted and internal maintenance services focused on damp and mould prevention.
Main tasks:
Pre and post inspection surveys to diagnose potential or existing disrepair or damp and mould cases.
Produce details schedules of works using NHF Schedule of Rates for prevention and repairs
Ensure accurate record keeping and making sure all relevant certification is provided for all works
Support the damp and mould complaints caseload
Details:
Salary: £52,120 per annum
Location: Hinckley & Leicestershire region
Hours: 35 per week
Requirements:
- Recognized building surveying qualification
- Full Membership of RICS or CIOB
- Strong level of technical expertise
- Ideally HHRSRS Qualification
- Full UK driving license
