I'm looking for a Site Manager for a retrofit project working on Social Housing properties around Reading, Newbury and Chippenham.
There is the option for a permanent role after 12 weeks with a company that massively values promotion from within.
Two joiners I've placed are now working as Contract Manager and Site Manager on other projects.
Responsibilities

- Risk Assessment & Method Statements (RAMS)
- Managing subcontractors
- Client meetings and reports
- Site visits
Qualifications & Experience
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid at Work
- Experience with Social Housing
- Experience with PAS 2030/2035 is a huge bonus
