We have a really exciting opportunity for qualified multiskilled joiners looking for work in and around Cramlington, working on a busy voids team for a leading Housing Association. Our client is a highly reputable Housing Association with a proven track record for investing in hard-working and dependable people. They are looking for multi-skilled tradesmen to join their award-winning maintenance division on void properties.

The day-to-day would involve planned maintenance, i.e. skirting and architrave repairs, door hanging, etc. However, competencies in other trades are highly desired.

  • Pay Rate: £20.00 P/H (CIS or Umbrella)
  • Hours: 40 per week
  • Location: Cramlington
  • Duration: 1 Month +
  • Benefits: 0.45p per mile, consistent run of work that can be extended, opportunity to work with a leading Housing Association and award-winning maintenance division

Requirements: NVQ or City & Guilds Level 2 or above in a relevant trade, full UK Driving Licence, and own van and tools.
