My client is in need of an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to work on their Void and Occupied social housing in the area of Warwickshire.

  • Rate - £20 per hour paid via CIS (perm after 3 months wouldstart at £28k)
  • Location - Warwickshire
  • Duration - Temp to Perm - 3 month contract

Providing specialist support and housing management services to vulnerable people to actively live healthy, To provide a high quality and effective maintenance repair service to properties managed by Spring Housing.

We are looking for candidates with relevant trade qualifications and/ or experience in relation to buildings and repair, including:

  • Carpentry and joinery skills
  • Fire Door fitting and repairs
  • Kitchen repairs and replacements
  • Fire Stopping
  • Plumbing
  • Plaster patching
  • Tiling and grouting
  • Locksmithing
  • Fault finding (e. g. fitting fire doors, leaking showers, replacing kitchen worktops, units etc)
