Fantastic opportunity for a professional Lettings Services Assistant to work with one of the UKs leading and highly reputable housing associations covering the Coventry area. My client, who is an award winning housing association, is looking for an experienced and professional lettings services advisor to assist with delivering lettings administration support and coordination to allow for great customer service to be received by tenants.
Work will include carrying out administrative support by managing communication, organising documents, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Job Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Location: Coventry, CV3
- Hours: 37 hours per week Monday - Friday
- Duration: Temporary ongoing (approx. 6 months, could be extended)
- Pay Rate: £17.50-£18.50 per hour umbrella depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Professional, courteous, hardworking and organised
- Knowledge and understanding of housing and welfare benefits
- Experience working within a social housing environment
- Knowledge and understanding of allocations, lettings and void property management
- Experience working with vulnerable people
- Must be able to use Microsoft and other IT based systems
- Empathy and encouragement towards vulnerable people
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent compliance and organisational skills
