We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced grounds maintenance operatives and landscapers to work with a well-respected Housing Association as part of an award-winning maintenance team. Our client is looking for experienced groundsmen to join their ranks. The ideal candidate would have experience in high-quality grass-cutting, lawn maintenance, weeding, and trimming as well as competency in relevant tools. Banksman training is ideal also. This is a brilliant chance to join a nationwide Housing Association with a proven track record in investing in hard workers and communities.

Job Details

  • Pay Rate: £16.78 P/H (Umbrella) - paid weekly
  • Length: Long-term sick cover
  • Hours: 37 per week, Monday-Thursday 07:30 to 15:30 and Friday 7:30 to 15:00
  • Location: B37

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence (Manual) - Essential
  • Relevant experience (two years or more) - Essential
  • PA1/PA6 Licences (ideal)
  • Licence to drive/tow a trailer (ideal)
  • Banksman Training (ideal)
