Think Civil & Structural Engineering are currently working with a successful independent consultancy who have an opportunity for a Civil Engineer to join their busy infrastructure team. Our client have developed relationships with numerous clients over the years through delivering projects across a variety of sectors, so in order to continue delivering these schemes they are looking for a Civil Engineer with some experience within highways/drainage design.
Our client are totally flexible on the level they bring someone in, from 1-2 years up to Senior level. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Working on residential developments including the production of and gaining approval for S38, S278 and S104 packages.
- Having a clear understanding of current design standards for both roads and drainage including local authority, national and regulatory guidance and planning policy.
- Being proficient in the use of Causeway PDS and/or Civil 3D and Causeway Flow and/or Microdrainage.
From day one you will be responsible for the design and delivery of multiple projects at various stages from conception through to completion at both a local and national level.
