My client is looking for an administrator to join their business on a permanent basis. They are a friendly business and believe in treating their staff with respect and common sense and want their staff to enjoy coming into work every day.

Job role includes but is not limited to:

  • Communicating with subcontractors, new and ongoing
  • Finding best prices for materials and placing orders for site (Procurement)
  • Document management, filing and logging enquiries, quotes and requests
  • Fielding enquiries from clients, email and telephone
  • Ordering and tracking plant hire for ongoing projects
  • Compiling site paperwork prior to start dates - H&S and management documents
  • Speaking to all management on a daily basis to facilitate all the above
