Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofing Site Manager to oversee roofing works on a temporary basis in Burntwood.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations on roofing projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site labour.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations.
- Monitor programme and maintain project deadlines.
- Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks and inspections.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
- Complete all required site documentation and reports.
Requirements
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card (Black/White or Management level preferred)
- First Aid at Work
- Proven experience managing roofing projects.
- Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to start immediately.
Desirable
- Experience working on commercial roofing projects.
- Temporary works knowledge (advantageous)
