Job Title: Roofing Site Manager Location: Burntwood Duration: Temporary Start Date: Immediate

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofing Site Manager to oversee roofing works on a temporary basis in Burntwood.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations on roofing projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site labour.
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor programme and maintain project deadlines.
  • Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks and inspections.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors and project teams.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project.
  • Complete all required site documentation and reports.

Requirements

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card (Black/White or Management level preferred)
  • First Aid at Work
  • Proven experience managing roofing projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to start immediately.

Desirable

  • Experience working on commercial roofing projects.
  • Temporary works knowledge (advantageous)
