I'm looking for a Carpenter / Multi Tradesman for a project in tenanted Social Housing Properties in Cambridge. This is an ongoing contract for the next 6 months.
The Carpenter Multi Trade will be expected to:
- Carpentry repairs
- Touching up and finishing
Ideally, I'm looking to speak to a Carpenter Multi Trade that has:
- Experience in social housing properties
- Additional skills such as tiling, flooring, plumbing etc.
And in return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:
- £23.31 per hour
- Ongoing work
- Van and a fuel card
- Chance for permanent work
