Carpenter

Think Property and Surveying are delighted to be working with a public sector estates team who are looking to appoint a Carpenter.

The role

• Working as a key part of the Estate team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance to a large single site.
• Delivering planned and reactive repairs maintenance
• Working on other projects where carpentry and joinery is required
• Installing and repair of fire doors
• Working with external contractors where required, advising on works.

Requirements

• You will hold an NVQ level 3 or City & Guilds in Carpentry/Joinery
• Good working knowledge and experience of carpentry and joiner
• Experience working with fire doors
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
