We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced caretakers looking to build their work schedule. This is a great chance to join an award-winning maintenance team as part of a Housing Association. Our client is a nationwide Housing Association with a brilliant reputation for investing in their workers and communities.
The job role involves general caretaking duties, including:
- Cleaning
- Light bulb replacements
- Basic plumbing
- External bin rotation
- Bin clearance
It would be for 3 days per week (Mon-to-Fri) with the days being negotiable.

- Pay Rate: £16.78 P/H (CIS or Umbrella)
- Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 - 3 days per week
- Duration: 2 Weeks - can be extended
- Location: Bradford, BD5 post code
