Think Property and Surveying are delighted to be supporting a renowned client side organisation to appoint a Building Surveyor based out of London on a Hybrid working model. The role Within this position you will be responsible for performing surveys, managing PPM, and delivering projects across the portfolio such as refurbishments. You will also be: * Diagnosing physical defects * Working with complaints elements ie Fire, H&S, Asbestos * Working closely with internal FM team * Managing refurbishment projects * Appointing and managing contractors * Developing the CAPEX programme What they’re looking for You will be a competent and professional Building Surveyor and you will have a membership of a relevant body ie AssocRICS,MRICS or MCIOB. You will have experience of managing complex projects and dealing with a range of different stakeholders. For this role you will also be required to have a full UK Driving License.
