Experienced and professional Plumber required to work with a leading and highly reputable Local Authority. My client requires an experienced Plumber to join their award-winning maintenance division on an ongoing temporary contract.
Location: Redditch
Pay: £19.42 per hour (Paid weekly via umbrella)
Hours: 37 Hours
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (rolling contract)
- Carry out responsive plumbing repairs within occupied council properties
- Diagnose and repair faults to domestic plumbing systems
- Install, maintain and replace pipework, sanitary ware and associated fixtures
- Complete repairs to taps, toilets, sinks, baths and showers
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and right first time
- Maintain accurate records of completed works using PDA systems
- Work safely and efficiently whilst providing excellent customer service
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations
Requirements:
- Must have proven experience carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Must have experience working within a social housing or property maintenance environment
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Benefits:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (37 hours per week)
