We’re working with a Local Authority who are looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in social or supported housing who enjoys working with residents, solving problems and making sure people receive the right support.
You’ll be the link between residents, Managing Agents and other stakeholders, helping to ensure issues are dealt with quickly and services are delivered to a high standard.
The role
Act as a key point of contact for residents, handling enquiries and complaints.
Build positive relationships with residents and service providers.
Liaise with Managing Agents to resolve issues and improve resident experience.
Visit properties and services nationwide when required.
Follow up concerns and make sure actions are completed.
Maintain accurate resident and service records.
Audit support notes, risk assessments and tenant documentation.
Identify concerns and escalated where appropriate.
Support resident engagement, communications and staff training.
What we're looking for
You’ll ideally have experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer, Housing Officer, Resident Liaison Officer or within social/supported housing.
You’ll need to be confident dealing with people, including difficult or sensitive situations, and be organised enough to manage your own workload and follow things through.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide required.
