On Site Project Manager in Birmingham

This is a site-focused, hands-on role, requiring excellent leadership, coordination skills, and strong commercial awareness.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nLead and manage all site activities throughout the project lifecycle\\nEnsure works are delivered safely, on programme, on quality standards, and within budget\\nAct as the primary site contact for subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams\\nMaintain compliance with health & safety, statutory and contractual requirements\\nOversee quality control and snagging processes to ensure exceptional finishes\\nProduce accurate site reports, minutes, and progress updates for stakeholders\\nChair and coordinate regular site meetings, risk reviews and inspections\\nProactively identify and mitigate site risks and issues\\nManage subcontractor performance and schedule adherence \\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nDemonstrable experience as a Site or On-Site Project Manager within commercial fit-out or interior refurbishment sectors\\nPractical experience of day-to-day site delivery on design & build projects\\nStrong knowledge of construction site procedures, H&S standards and quality control\\nExcellent organisational and communication skills\\nConfident leadership, with an ability to drive performance and motivate teams\\nCompetent in managing multiple site demands simultaneously\\nFull UK driving licence required \\n\\nDesirable Qualifications\\n\\nSMSTS / SSSTS or equivalent health & safety certification\\nExperience in CAT A and CAT B office fit outs and refurbishment environments
