Think Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded Housing Association in the Midlands who are seeking an experienced Housing Services Manager to join their team on a temporary, ongoing basis.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the effective delivery of housing management services across a diverse patch, ensuring high standards of tenancy management and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage and support a team delivering frontline housing management services
- Oversee tenancy management including rent arrears, ASB, safeguarding and tenancy sustainment
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards
- Act as a senior point of escalation for complex cases and complaints
- Drive service improvement, performance management, and customer-focused outcomes
- Proven experience in a Housing Services Manager or similar senior housing management role
- Strong knowledge of social housing legislation and best practice
- Experience managing and developing teams within a housing environment
- Confident in dealing with complex tenancy issues and stakeholder management
