Think Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded Housing Association in the Midlands who are seeking an experienced Housing Services Manager to join their team on a temporary, ongoing basis.

This is a key leadership role responsible for the effective delivery of housing management services across a diverse patch, ensuring high standards of tenancy management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and support a team delivering frontline housing management services
  • Oversee tenancy management including rent arrears, ASB, safeguarding and tenancy sustainment
  • Ensure compliance with housing legislation and regulatory standards
  • Act as a senior point of escalation for complex cases and complaints
