A well-respected Housing Association in Birmingham is recruiting a Compliance & Asset Coordinator to join the team on a temp-to-perm basis.
You’ll manage compliance records, coordinate contractors and third‑party providers, oversee audits and maintenance scheduling, and help maintain accurate property records.
Experience in social or supported housing and property compliance (Gas, EICR, Fire Safety) is preferred.
