We are working with a leading residential developer who is looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused individual to join their Customer Care team in Birmingham. The Role As Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service throughout their aftercare journey. You will be responsible for coordinating customer enquiries, arranging remedial works and liaising with customers, site teams, contractors and internal departments to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Managing customer enquiries and aftercare requests from initial contact through to resolution. Coordinating appointments and remedial works with contractors and site teams. Maintaining accurate records of customer issues and ensuring all matters are progressed within agreed timescales. Liaising with Site Managers, Construction teams, subcontractors and other internal departments. Providing regular updates to customers and ensuring they receive a high level of service throughout the process. Monitoring outstanding works and following up to ensure timely completion. Handling customer concerns professionally and working towards positive resolutions. Supporting the wider Customer Care team with administration and reporting. Ensuring company procedures and customer service standards are consistently maintained. About You We are looking for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and confident dealing with a wide range of people. Ideally, you will have previous experience within housebuilding, construction, property or a customer care/aftercare environment. Experience coordinating contractors or managing post-completion customer issues would be particularly advantageous. You will also have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and administration skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A professional and solutions-focused approach to customer complaints and queries. Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping. Confidence communicating with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. A genuine commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience. What's on Offer? Salary up to £33,000, depending on experience.
