We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee internal works on a care home project in Bangor. This is a live care home environment, so previous experience working around residents and within occupied settings is essential.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS - Essential
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid
  • Previous Site Management experience
  • Experience working in live/occupied environments
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Duties:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations
  • Overseeing internal refurbishment and finishing works
  • Coordinating subcontractors and trades
  • Maintaining health & safety standards
  • Working sensitively around residents and care home staff
