We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee internal works on a care home project in Bangor. This is a live care home environment, so previous experience working around residents and within occupied settings is essential.
Requirements:

- Previous Site Management experience
- Experience working in live/occupied environments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Duties:
- Managing day-to-day site operations
- Overseeing internal refurbishment and finishing works
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Maintaining health & safety standards
- Working sensitively around residents and care home staff
