We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee drainage works on a busy retail shopping park project in the Banbury area. This role will involve managing works within a live customer environment, so strong organisation, communication and traffic/pedestrian management experience is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations
  • Managing drainage works within a live car park environment
  • Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries
  • Maintaining safe traffic and pedestrian flow throughout the project
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld at all times
  • Liaising with the client, tenants and members of the public professionally
  • Keeping disruption to customers and businesses to a minimum

Requirements:

  • Previous Site Management experience on civil/drainage projects
  • Experience working on live retail or public-facing sites preferred
  • Good understanding of traffic management and site logistics
