We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee drainage works on a busy retail shopping park project in the Banbury area. This role will involve managing works within a live customer environment, so strong organisation, communication and traffic/pedestrian management experience is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Managing drainage works within a live car park environment
- Coordinating subcontractors and deliveries
- Maintaining safe traffic and pedestrian flow throughout the project
- Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld at all times
- Liaising with the client, tenants and members of the public professionally
