I'm looking for a Site Manager for a Kitchen and Bathroom replacement project working on Social Housing properties around Burton, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. There is the option for a permanent role after 12 weeks with a company that massively values promotion from within.
The Site Manager will be required to look after:
- H&S Inductions
- RAMS
- Subcontractors
- Client Meetings and Reports
- Site visits
The Site Manager will ideally have:
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid at Work
- Experience with Social Housing
- Experience with K&B Schemes
In return, the Site Manager will receive:
- £240 per day, weekly pay, CIS
- Mileage covered
- Long term work
