The predicted salary is between 19 - 23 £ per hour.

Roofer required to work with a leading Sunderland based Housing Association carrying out roofing repair work on a temporary contract. This is a temporary contract with the potential to extend depending on workload. The successful candidate will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on domestic properties across the Sunderland area.

Work will include:

  • Laying felt
  • Replacing tiles
  • Flat/pitched roof repairs
  • Repairing guttering

You will receive: £23 P/H. Weekly paid (Umbrella or CIS)

Hours: 8:00am - 16:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am - 14:00pm on Friday. 36 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • Asbestos Awareness (or willingness to undertake the online course)
  • Working at heights (or willingness to undertake the online course)
  • Manual Handling (or willingness to undertake the online course)
