A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plumber to join a reactive repairs division for a leading social housing provider.
- Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties.
- Diagnose and repair faults on domestic plumbing systems, including pipework, taps, toilets, baths, showers, sinks, and water heaters.
- Install, repair, and maintain hot and cold-water systems.
- Complete planned maintenance tasks in line with schedules and service standards.
- Accurately record work completed using job sheets or mobile systems.
- Communicate professionally with residents, explaining work carried out and minimising disruption.
- Work collaboratively with other trades, contractors, and housing officers.
Start date: Accepting Candidates who can start immediately.
Hours: 36 hours per week.
Location: Sunderland and Surrounding areas.
Duration: up to April - possibly longer.
Pay rate: £20 per hour. Van and fuel card included.
Requirements: NVQ Plumbing L2 / L3, Drivers licence required, Basic DBS required.
