Multi Trade Operative Required To Work With Leading East Midlands Maintenance Contractor. My client requires skilled and professional multi trade operatives to assist with their council kitchen & bathroom upgrade contract. Work will mainly be snagging, boxing in work, replacing splash back tiling and basic repairs maintenance across the Mansfield region.
We are looking for someone with carpentry, plumbing, plastering and decorating skills. Work will range from 2nd fix carpentry repairs, kitchens, boxing in, 2nd fix plumbing splash back tiling, patch plastering and basic decorating.
Whats on offer:
- Pay rate: Up to £23 per hour depending on skill set. Paid weekly Umbrella or CIS
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Duration: Likely long running due to the nature of the clients contract.
- Location: Mansfield
- Start Date: ASAP
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years trades experience carpentry, plumbing, plastering etc
- Full UK Driving License
- Ideally social housing maintenance experience
- Own transport and tools
