This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in local communities by working directly with tenants in their homes to tackle Anti-Social Behaviour, safeguarding cases, and tenancy breaches.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of complex ASB, safeguarding, tenancy fraud, and breach cases
  • Deliver face-to-face interventions with tenants in their homes and communities
  • Work flexibly across different patches and be available to attend the Birmingham when required



What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience working directly with tenants in their homes and local communities
  • Strong background in ASB and safeguarding case management
  • Hands-on experience of Housing and Tenancy Management
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
