Think Property Services are looking for a Mobile Cleaner required to work with a leading midlands based Housing Association based in Hereford. My client requires an experienced mobile cleaner to work on a long term temporary contract.
- Work will include general cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, and graffiti removal.
- Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
- Cleaning communal areas in housing schemes.
- Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
- Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
- Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
- Support when no lone working is required.
- Carry out sharps sweeps.
- Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs as required.
Job details:
- Start date: As soon as candidate is available
- Location: Hereford and surrounding region
- Duration: 6 months plus
- Hours: 37 hours Monday - Friday 07.00-15.30
- Pay rate: £14.50 per hour
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience
- MUST HAVE Full UK driving license
- Good communication skills
