Heating Engineer required to working with a leading Midlands based Housing Association on a permanent contract.

My client one of the Midlands most reputable and highly decorated housing associations requires an experience and professional Heating Engineer to work on responsive heating repairs and planned maintenance on domestic social housing properties.
You will be required to undertake installation work, gas servicing and maintenance work on properties or any other contracted works.
Key Responsibilities You will be expected to carry out visual inspections, repair and replace heating and hot water appliances, pipework, and associated fixtures and fittings when necessary.
You will be expected to repair and maintain central heating systems, boilers and gasfires, including wiring, and controls.
You will be expected to service a range of fuel-burning appliances, boilers, waterheaters, unvented cylinders and gas fires in accordance with current regulations(within your competency).
You will be required to complete all relevant paperwork, labels and forms so as tocomply with regulations.
Salary: £43,1890 per annum plus as well as Standby
– £299.55 per week/OOH £359.45 Company Van provided.
20 days 8 bank holidays Requirements: City and Guilds in Plumbing/Gas Fitting or equivalent.
Completion of either ACS Assessment.
G3 Unvented hot water desirable.
CMDDA1 desirable Full driving license essential.
