Experienced and professional caretaker/cleaner required to work with a leading and highly reputable Worcestershire based Housing Association. My client requires an experienced caretaker/cleaner to join their award-winning maintenance division on an ongoing temporary contract.

- Pay: £17.50 P/H (Umbrella - paid weekly)
- Location: Malvern
- Hours: 40 hours
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 2/3 months but could be extended or permanent opportunity offered but not guaranteed.
Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a busy, proactive team delivering estate maintenance services
- Assist with public space cleansing and bin room clean-ups
- Remove fly-tipping and maintain cleanliness across estates
- Carry out general upkeep and report maintenance issues across tenant and void social housing properties
- Support with minor external repairs; experience in flagging or fencing is highly desirable
Requirements:
- Experience in cleaning is required and existing caretaking experience is a bonus
- Comfortable with manual labour and working outdoors in all conditions
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Basic IT Knowledge
