Salary: £45,100 per annum + Overtime
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Think Recruitment are working with an established property maintenance contractor who are looking for an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to join their repairs and maintenance team across Lincolnshire.This is a hands-on role carrying out electrical repairs, maintenance and testing within residential properties, alongside providing technical support to other electricians.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations and maintenance in occupied properties.
- Complete electrical testing, inspections and fault finding.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults.
- Support and mentor electricians and apprentices.
- Carry out quality checks and ensure electrical compliance.
- Complete job reports using mobile devices.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or completed apprenticeship.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent.
- AM2 qualification.
- Experience in domestic electrical repairs and maintenance.
- Previous experience within social housing or residential maintenance.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to support and mentor other electricians.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check.
