Intensive build programme Responsibilities: Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works progress in line with the programme. Managing and coordinating subcontractors, site teams and deliveries. Monitoring progress against key milestones and addressing any delays. Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements. Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship throughout the project. Coordinating with the Project Manager and wider site team to ensure efficient delivery. Managing site documentation, including RAMS, permits and site reports. Ensuring the site remains organised, safe and compliant throughout the build. Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on large-scale construction projects. SMSTS CSCS First Aid Temp Works Coordinator or Supervisor ticket preferred. Strong subcontractor management and programme delivery experience. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, intensive programme.
