Are you an experienced and qualified Multi-Skilled Joiner looking for a reliable run of work with one of the UK's leading housing associations? We're recruiting for skilled joiners to join their busy Voids Team across Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established organisation that invests heavily in its workers and takes pride in delivering high-quality homes for its residents. You'll be joining an experienced and supportive team, carrying out planned repairs and refurbishment work to prepare vacant properties for new tenants. What's on Offer?
- £20.00 per hour (CIS or Umbrella)
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
- 45p per mile mileage allowance
- 3 Months work with the potential for extension

Day-to-Day:
- Hanging internal doors
- Fitting and repairing skirting boards and architraves
- General first and second-fix carpentry
- Carrying out minor multi-trade repairs where required
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Carpentry or Plumbing
- Previous experience working within social housing, property maintenance or void properties
- A full UK driving licence
- Your own vehicle and tools (materials supplied)
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
