Domestic Electrician Location: Ashington and Spennymoor Contract: Full Time, Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: £39,678 per annum Van Supplied & Fuel Card Additional Earnings: Up to £43,000 per annum including standby Closing Date: 17th July 2026 at 5pm The Role Think Property Services are recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Electrician to join a busy property maintenance and construction team, working across Ashington and Spennymoor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Electrician to join a well-established housing maintenance environment, carrying out high-quality electrical repairs and associated multi-skilled works across domestic and commercial properties. As a Multi Skilled Electrician, you will be responsible for undertaking damp associated electrical repairs, general electrical maintenance, testing, inspection and accompanying multi-skilled repairs. You will be expected to deliver work to a high standard while providing an excellent customer-focused service to tenants and residents.
