Experienced and Professional Multi Trade Roofers required to work on a permanent contract with a leading local housing association covering Worcester and Surrounding Areas. My client requires skilled Roofers to join their award winning repairs team. You will be tasked with the roofing maintenance and repairs of domestic social housing properties. Work will include patch repair work and refurbishments. Repair work can range from tile and slate repairs, felting roofs, replacing ridge and hip tiles, chimneys, flashing and pointing. You will cover Hereford, Worcester and surrounding areas.
Whats on offer:
- Salary: £32,974 - £35,015 + Overtime & Call outs + Van + Fuel Card
- 28 days holidays plus bank holidays
- 12% pension contributions
- On going training and future progression on offer.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years roofing experience
- Full UK driving license
- Time Served or Roofing qualification ideal but not essential
- Willing to learn new skills
