Think Office is recruiting for an experienced Senior Document Controller to join a leading construction company based in Worcestershire. Reporting to the HSQE Director the successful candidate will be responsible for the creation and completion of Health and Safety files/O&M manuals along with any associated documentation required. Responsibilities: Professionally collate site specific information in conjunction with the current CDM Regulations to produce the Health and Safety Building File / Operations & Maintenance Manuals for handover to the client upon completion of a project. Liaise with Principal Designers, Architects, Structural Engineers Liaise with supply chain to gather required information and document Undertake other administrative duties as assigned The Candidate Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry The ability to manage the delivery of the H&S files / O&M Manuals for several projects at one time Experience in using software packages for the creation of H&S files / O&M Manuals Pro-active with solid administration and co-ordination skills Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
