Think Office Recruitment is working in partnership with an established engineering business based in Lichfield. My client is seeking a pro-active and organised administrator to work part time supporting a busy office with a range of administration and operations tasks. This role will initially start as part time while the successful candidate trains alongside the Office Manager with a view transitioning into full time in the future. Ideal Hours Mon & Thurs (Afternoon) Tues & Weds & Friday (Morning) Salary Β£14ph rising to Β£16ph after probationary period Role Responsibilities will include: β Admin, document management and data entry Order processing, stock control and invoicing via Xero Support with general admin tasks such as filing, document handling and data entry PAYE /payroll using HMRC tools Managing correspondence and liaising with clients Supporting office operations and maintaining supply levels Candidate Requirements Solid administration experience with strong attention to detail Confident with data entry and standard office software Xero and export knowledge is desirable but full training will be provided Strong written and verbal communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to grow into a key member of the team in a role with long term potential.
