Think Office Recruitment is working in partnership with a distribution company based in Walsall that are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. The primary responsibility will be to ensure timely payments from customers by managing overdue accounts, chasing payments via phone, email, and letter, and resolving invoice queries efficiently.
The role involves liaising with various departments to ensure smooth cash flow, maintaining accurate records using Sage 50 or higher, and producing regular reports to monitor performance against KPIs. You will also uphold company policies, including health and safety standards, and professionally represent the company at all times.
- At least 2 years’ experience in credit control within a busy accounts team
