A well-regarded regional law firm with a strong presence across the North is looking to appoint an experienced Family lawyer into a Managing Associate level position within its growing team. This is a genuinely strong opportunity for an established Family Solicitor who enjoys high-quality work, wants a degree of autonomy, and is looking to play a visible role in the continued growth of a successful department.
The team advises on a broad range of private family matters, with a steady flow of good quality work and a collaborative environment that avoids some of the overly corporate feel larger national firms can bring.
Role will include:
- Advising on divorce and separation matters
- Financial remedy work, including more complex and high-value cases
- Private Children Act matters
- Advocacy responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy
- Supporting junior colleagues and collaborating across the wider team
- Business development, networking and helping further strengthen the team’s profile in the market
