Senior Associate / Salaried Partner - Commercial Real Estate Manchester A well-established Manchester law firm is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Commercial lawyer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, market-facing practice with a strong pipeline of work and genuine progression opportunities. The Firm Our client is a respected full-service law firm with a strong presence in the North West legal market. The Real Estate team is experiencing significant growth, driven by increased market activity and successful business development from senior fee earners. The firm offers a pragmatic, collaborative culture and a commitment to flexible working that works in practice. The Role You\'ll join a well-structured team comprising real estate lawyers at all levels (7 Partners). The practice handles a broad range of real estate commercial work with a particular focus on: Development/Investment projects Corporate support work Site assembly and acquisition General real estate commercial matters This is a genuine doer role - the senior team is bringing in substantial instructions and needs talented lawyers to help service client demand and support continued growth. The Ideal Candidate Essential: 5+ years PQE (particularly if prior paralegal experience) Senior Associate/Salaried Partner level preferred Strong technical real estate commercial skills Pragmatic, collaborative approach Ambition to develop client relationships Desirable: Breadth of real estate work to include, investment, asset management and development Corporate support experience would also be a nice to have. What\'s On Offer Senior Associate Level: Salary: Flexible depending on experience Billing target: Realistic and manageable Bonus potential and pathway to Partnership. Salaried Partner Level: Salary, very competitive with the broader market.
